LIFESTYLE, TIPS & OTHER QUESTIONS
Can I use WalkFit if I have health issues?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify the WalkFit app based on our users’ individual health conditions because we have no authorization to provide medical consultations.
A condition for our app’s use is that you must be in a good general state of health. With that in mind, if you have any doubts about your health, please consult your doctor before using the WalkFit app.
Can I use WalkFit while pregnant?
WalkFit does not currently offer any workout program specifically designed for pregnant women and does not accept any liability in respect to any activities that you may undertake during pregnancy.
As the health of our users is a top priority for us, we strongly recommend speaking with your doctor before starting any workout program.
Do I need equipment? What equipment?
No special equipment is required to use the app or complete your daily step goals. All you need is a pair of comfortable shoes suitable for walking. Wear clothing that feels comfortable and allows for freedom of movement.
For additional workouts, a yoga mat can make indoor exercises more comfortable, and a step platform is useful for step-based sessions. You can also use a wall, chair, or other household items to support your balance when needed. Don’t forget to keep a bottle of water nearby to stay hydrated throughout your workouts!
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
If you no longer want to receive any emails from us, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list at the bottom of any of our emails using the Unsubscribe hyperlink, as shown below:
Once confirmed, you’ll stop receiving marketing communications within 3-5 business days.
What is the best time to workout?
There’s no single “best” time to walk or exercise—it depends on your routine, energy levels, and personal goals. What matters most is staying consistent and completing your daily workouts in a way that fits your lifestyle.
Try being active at different times throughout the day to see what works best for you. Many people enjoy starting their day with movement to boost energy and metabolism, while others prefer getting steps in after work to relax and relieve stress. You can also break your activity into shorter sessions—for example, take a quick morning walk and finish your goal later in the day.
