My workout or challenge progress is missing

Where to track your progress
You can always double-check if your workouts or challenge requirements were completed by referencing the below sections:

  • Look for Today’s Step Goal in the Home tab.
  • Look for Challenges in the Home tab.
  • Go to your Activity tab and check the number of steps, completed workout sets, the time you’ve spent exercising, and the walking distance with burned calories.

It’s always disappointing when your progress hasn’t saved. Let’s go through the possible issues and what might be causing them.

Workout wasn’t completed
If you started a workout but didn’t finish it through to the end, stopping it manually, unfortunately, it won’t be logged as completed and you will see the message, We didn’t record any workout this date. Due to app logic, only completed personal plan workouts appear on the main tab.

Workouts completed from the Indoor or Outdoor sections won’t show up there, but they still count and are tracked separately in the Activity tab.

Challenge progress reset to Day 1
Each challenge has its own duration and goal. Sometimes, your challenge progress might reset to Day 1. If you didn’t complete the requirements for the challenge, the progress will be reset.

If, unfortunately, the conditions mentioned above were met
Please check your data source and Internet connection to make sure it’s stable and not preventing the app from saving data.
Then try to clear the app’s cache by following these steps:

Go to your phone’s Settings → Apps → WalkFit → Storage → Clear cache.

If you’ve done everything correctly but the progress still isn’t saving, please reach out to our support team via the Contact Us form—we’ll be happy to investigate this further.
