This error is not common, but can occur from time to time. First of all, please make sure your Internet connection works well. If you are using a cellular connection, you might want to consider connecting to Wi-Fi.
Also, if you’re using any type of VPN or proxy, we recommend turning it off, as such software may slow down your Internet connection.
After checking all these points, please reboot your device and reinstall the app by following the steps below:
1. Delete the app.
2. Download it again
3. Open the app and tap on the Get Started button on the app’s opening screen.

4. Enter your personal data as if you’re a new user. When you get to the payment screen (the one where you can see different subscription options), tap on the Restore Purchase button at the bottom of the screen.
After tapping Restore Purchase, you may be asked to enter your Apple ID password—it’s a procedure initiated by your device, which is sometimes required when restoring a purchase.
If, after completing all the steps above, you still experience issues accessing the app, please don’t get discouraged—reach out to our support team via the Contact Us form.
